Financial awareness: building smart saving and investment habits for our employees

On 23 April 2026, RPZ teamed up with Namibia Asset Management to host the "investment concepts" workshop for employees, an internal CSR initiative aimed at empowering our workforce beyond the workplace. Over the course of the day, employees gathered in different boardrooms across the mine site to explore practical topics such as the difference between saving and investing, key considerations before investment decisions, and the concept of compounding.

The sessions were structured to accommodate both day and night shift employees, with workshops running from 07h00 to 15h00, and additional session held at 17h00 for the night shift team.

This initiative reflects our commitment to supporting our employees not only in their roles, but also in their personal growth and financial confidence. It reinforces our value of Care & Safety by contributing to the overall wellbeing and long-term resilience of our people.

We extend our appreciation Namibia Asset Management for delivering the content in a practical and relatable way, and to our employees, whose participation made this initiative worthwhile.
